HR Executive |Statutory Compliance|

We are looking for a person with exceptional knowledge on statutory compliances and thereby keeping the legal aspects of the company intact.

Roles and Responsibilities

· To be familiar with statutory compliance function for the region and serve as the company's representative and point of contact with numerous State/Central/Local governmental organizations for the statutory compliances specifically with regard to the “Tamilnadu Shops and Establishment Act”.· To have hands on knowledge of the below Acts.1. The Minimum Wages Act

2. The Payment of Wages Act
3. The Payment of Bonus Act
4. The Equal Remuneration Act.
5. The Employees’ Compensation Act.
6. The Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act.
7. The Employees’ State Insurance Act.
8. The Maternity Benefit Act.
+. The Payment of Gratuity Act.

10. ****** Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, (POSH Act)· To ensure that the statutory compliance of the company's business and operations in the regions.· To assist the company in adhering to the different laws and regulations that are pertinent to its operations and activities, including obtaining any licenses, permissions, or permits that may be required to conduct business and operations in the regions.· To prepare various policies and guidelines pertaining to statutory compliance.· To support and provide assistance to the Head Office Legal Team in managing the litigations of the region efficiently.· To update the management timely on the latest amendments pertaining to the acts.· To maintain all relevant records, registers, forms as required by various acts pertaining to our organization.· To be able to source and recruit candidates according to the requirements efficiently, should have knowledge of preparing JD’s and posting them on the job portals such as Linkedin, Naukri, Indeed and Monster.· To keep track of the time office.

Skillset:

· Excellent Communication & public speaking skills;· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and ability to discover potential risks for company.· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.· Excellent knowledge of legal requirement and robust knowledge of various sections under “Tamilnadu Shops and Establishment Act”.· To liason with local and other statutory bodies.· Decision-making and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.Outstanding oral and written advocacy skills.

Qualification: Any graduate with at least minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Location: Preferably local candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
