We are hiring for our client - PyjamaHR.
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, including end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, and facilitating the completion of the required paperwork.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related queries.
• Manage employee data and ensure accurate record-keeping of our database.
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Han R role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Knowledge of payroll would be an added advantage
