The role of HR Generalist and Office Manager will be to perform day to day Human Resources activities by providing a broad range of support services to ensure employees, processes, programs, and policies are aligned and optimized to achieve company goals. He/She will also be responsible to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational protocols, and streamlining administrative procedures. To ensure success, He/She should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and handling wide range of administrative duties.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters. Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
· Present weekly reports to upper management about office progress and work with them to improve office operations and procedures
· Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
· Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiate team activities
· Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain corporate social responsibility standards conscripted by authorities
Qualifications:
· Educational qualification requires minimum of Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
· 2-4 Years of human resource management/ office management experience is required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
· Leadership and coaching skills
· Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
