Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Pune. The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations including HR management, implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. Responsibilities also include providing support to employees, assisting with HR-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Recruitment and Hiring:
· Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
· Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
· Employee Relations:
· Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
· Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Performance Management:
· Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
· Identify training and development needs.
· Compliance and Legal:
· Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
· Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Benefits and Compensation:
· Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
· Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
· Other Duties:
· May assist with training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
· May be involved in HR projects and initiatives.
III. Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience in human resources or a related field.
· Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in HR software and systems.
· Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
