Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience
2+ years of Cognos experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
Responsibilities
Provide general human resources related support in the areas of training development and delivery, needs assessment, requirements gathering, change management and communications management
Lead the Cognos training program for users to include developing and delivering in-person training classes and WBT online materials
Conduct proactive outreach and communications with Cognos user base, with targeted coordination to Cognos focal points, directorate HR staff, Cognos administrators and users overall
Maintain and update Cognos reports used to display workforce data, both past and present, against projected requirements
Respond to ad hoc requests for data via Cognos, create report templates for customers as needed
Demonstrate a high level of client facing engagement, executive presence, diplomacy and able to negotiate best solutions with senior HR leaders
Conduct other related activities as assigned to support TACG and/or the HR Analyst occupation

• Experience leading training programs
