Job Title: Employer Branding Consultant

Reports to: HR Manager

Terms: Part time / contractual role for 3 to 6 months, basis performance this will be made full time

Duration: 2 to 3months (Internship / project work)

Compensation: Post completion of 7 to 10 days of project, we discuss on contractual role. (Performance – based)

Profile:

Learnathon 24*7 is seeking a Marketing and Employer Brand Consultant to perform a wide range of basic communications activities to support the development of action and adaptation Plan.

The Employer Brand Manager will design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization

The timeline of this contract is end in of September, with the possibility of further extension. We estimate this contract will require 10 hours per week. The consultant will be expected to work remotely. Subject matter familiarity (Service Industry social media market campaign) is preferred but not required for this contract.

Specific Duties Include:

Strategy: Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy for the Launch of B2I domain. Apply best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media and communications relevant to Human Resource.

Communication: Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms in sync with Marketing and Communication intern.

Develop communication campaigns to support the training and live project allocation strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events and other channels.

Promotion: Develop promotional materials that document and tell the story of Learnathon.

Campaign Design: Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programme (TTT) campaign design.

Employee Experience: Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand and liaise with other team members.

Talent Acquisition: Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.

Monitoring: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of talent/training marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.

Job Specifications/ Qualifications/ Pre-Requisites

Degree in Marketing, MBA- HR, or a business discipline is preferred.

2+ years of experience in recruitment and human resource running employer branding initiatives.

Well versed in using LinkedIn with good understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Line etc.

● Work to ensure that core messages are consistent throughout all communication.

● Writing/Editing:

● Break down complex information into smaller pieces that are understandable.

● Develop strategy to connect with Various Institutions (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest along with a dedicated YouTube channel for videos).​

● Draft communication pieces for emails, talking points, liaise with like people from the industry and execute details that deem fit for Learnathon.

● Make revisions, enhancements, updates as needed. Outreach

● Coordinate partnerships with high visibility social media partners for takeovers and other collaborations to promote content and engagement for offline in sync with marketing and communication intern.

● Work with the partners to support creative and innovative communications strategies and Planning, designing collaterals as well as design communication flyers to be rolled out.

Skills & Abilities:

● Excellent writing and editing skills.

● Ability to write and design content for a variety of different formats and for different intended audiences.

● Expertise with standard software/cloud products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Canva and other PPT driven apps.

● Basic graphic design and page layout skills.
