Job Description -

We are looking for a diligent and motivated HR Intern to support our HR department. This role will primarily involve assisting with recruitment and managing attendance records, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources.

Roles and Responsibilities -
• Talent Acquisition - Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, etc.) and data management.
• Candidate Management - Schedule interviews, facilitate communication with candidates, provide interview feedback and ensure a seamless interview process.
• Onboarding - Help in the onboarding process of new hires (includes pre-onboarding procedures, welcome inductions & documentation), ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Attendance Management - Monitor and manage employee attendance & leave records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• HR Administration - Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks as needed.
• Competitor Analysis - Conduct market research on competitors to understand their recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques.

Requirements -
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• An interest in HR with a keen approach to identifying people's capabilities and adaptability through effective communication.
