• Interns should be organized and have an eye for detail. They may be responsible for maintaining employee records, which can include importing records into the HR system.
• Project management
• Interns may be involved in project management and employee relations. They may also help with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and composing job postings.

• Interns may help with office management tasks, such as payroll and organizing employee files.

• Interns may be involved in employee development, including conducting exit interviews.
