Job Description:
The role of an HR Intern involves supporting the human resources department in various tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with new hire documentation.
• Maintaining Employee Records: Ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of employee files and records.
• Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits programs and manage related queries and documentation.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Assist with surveys, recognition programs, and team events.
• Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research on employee performance, engagement, and turnover.
• Employee Relations: Assist with communication, address concerns, and support performance-related conversations.
• Training Coordination: Track sessions and maintain training records.
• General Admin Support: Handle HR-related calls, documents, and tasks.
Requirements for Success:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
• Prior internship experience in HR is mandatory.
• Availability for immediate joining.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR principles.
• Knowledge of payroll systems is beneficial.
