Job Description:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in a variety of tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for BBA/MBA students specializing in Human Resources to gain practical experience and insights into the HR field.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Support HR team in organizing training and development programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
