Role Overview:
As an HR Intern in Learning and Development, you will assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that support employee development and align with our company’s goals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in L&D while contributing to our mission of fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials.
• Support the customization of training programs to meet team and departmental needs.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Gather feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness.
• Analyze data to recommend improvements in L&D initiatives.
• Research industry trends and best practices to enhance our L&D strategies.
• Develop creative and engaging content for internal communications related to learning initiatives.
• Work closely with HR team members and department heads to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
• Support in onboarding activities and orientation programs for new hires.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 years in L&D - Human Resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
