You Are: A seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in M&A integration. You excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication and project management skills, and have a knack for building trust with diverse stakeholders. Your expertise in talent management, compensation, and organizational development, along with your financial acumen and legal knowledge, makes you an invaluable asset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead HR strategy and People work-streams for M&A activities.
• Partner with People Team counterparts to develop and implement integration plans.
• Develop and execute integrated talent plans for acquired companies.
• Drive conversations around culture and integration success strategies.
• Onboard, compensate, and retain acquired company leaders and key employees.
• Manage complex projects and navigate unforeseen challenges.
• Negotiate deal items and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor integration progress and provide updates to leadership.
