Job Title: HR Manager – Outsourcing Company
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate HR functions across recruitment, compliance, and operations teams. This role involves end-to-end HR management, ensuring smooth coordination between departments while supporting organizational growth and compliance in a dynamic outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage recruitment, compliance, and HR operations teams.
Oversee end-to-end hiring processes and ensure talent needs are met on time.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, client policies, and internal compliance standards.
Coordinate with operations teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Drive process improvements and workforce planning across departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor compliance, and HR operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
