Dept.Developing several kinds of policy i.e. rules & regulations working hours, child labour, forced labour, non-discrimination,harassment & abuse, security, environment, etc.Developing training modules for workers and staff development.Establish an MIS system linking with HR / Personnel dept.Manpower planningManagement restructuringPreparing yearly budgetDealing with disciplinary matters.Dealing with labour / IR issuesDeveloping admin manual and implementation.Developing internal control tools & procedures.Recruiting national experts, headhunting, and negotiating, accomplishing contracts.Overall looking at the safety & security matters of the company.Training for workers and staff development.Overall HR, Admin & compliancerelated matter handling.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
