Administrative support:
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service
providers
Maintain petty cash and day-to-day accounts of the officeProcess employees’ requests and provide relevant informationMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairsManage office supplies stock and place ordersMaintain the requirements of IT & Office EquipmentManage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and
timely reporting
HR support:
Assisting in the New Hire Application Process – pre-screening and
testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities,
interview scheduling, and applicant correspondence.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hiresTo build policies in coordination with the management and implement in
the office as per requirement.
Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like vacation and sick
leaves
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and
conferences; Schedule in-house and external events
To maintain discipline and a healthy environment in the officeShare the monthly report with the management of employee performance
data
To take care of employee DTR (Daily Task report) on daily basis and
use that as an assessment tool
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
