Key Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values
· Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
· Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation
· Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including performance evaluation and salary review processes
· Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team, and ensuring their professional development and performance
· Coordinating employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
· Handling employee relations issues and ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee grievances
· Advising and coaching managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
· Collaborating with other departments and senior management to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives
· Ensuring the accurate maintenance and management of employee records and HR systems
· Preparing HR-related reports and analysis to support decision-making by senior management
Requirements:
· Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
· 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
· Ability to effectively manage and develop a team of HR professionals
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
· In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and ability to keep up-to-date with changes in legislation
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
