Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Skin, Hair, and Dental Clinic. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic's HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the clinic's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to determine staffing needs, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning.
Recruitment and Selection:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.
Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on performance-related matters and support them in addressing performance issues.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the clinic and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor employee training progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Review and update job descriptions, conduct salary benchmarking, and recommend salary adjustments when necessary.
HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies pertaining to HR and employment practices.
Employee Engagement and Wellness:
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellness.
Organize and coordinate employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a skin, hair, or dental clinic.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
