Job Overview :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join Rahane Group. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the human capital of the organization, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a culture that aligns with Rahane Group's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.

Employee Relations:

Managing and resolving employee relations issues promptly, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Conducting regular check-ins and facilitating open communication channels between employees and management.

Performance Management:

Implementing and overseeing performance appraisal processes to drive employee development and organizational success.

Providing guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Implementing strategies for continuous learning and development within the organization.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in employment legislation.

Benefits Administration:

Managing employee benefits programs and ensuring timely and accurate administration.

Handling queries related to benefits and acting as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.

Employee Engagement:

Initiating and coordinating employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Monitoring employee satisfaction and implementing initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the advertising or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
