Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in generalist HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in IT Industry of managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping our HR policies and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees. Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Performance Management:
Lead the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs, performance reviews, and development plans. Assist in identifying and addressing performance issues.Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth within the company.Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.Manage payroll processing, salary reviews, and employee benefits programs. Handle employee compensation and ensure timely payments.Maintain and analyze HR data to track key metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment performance. Prepare regular HR reports for management.Initiate and implement employee engagement activities to build a positive and motivated work culture. Organize team-building events and wellness programs.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
