Your Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Manager supporting the John Deere Information Technology organization located in Chicago, IL, you will….
• Be responsible for leading the execution of all HR programs, policies, and processes for multiple IT Business Capability Areas
• Act as a thought partner, consultant, and advisor to business leaders and employees on HR related matters.
• Serve as the onsite HR Contact and establish community, university, and professional organization relationships for our new Chicago Technology Hub
