We are an upcoming premium kids club facility located in the vibrant city of Jaipur, where kids can not only have fun, but also learn, grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment. At Champions, we believe that every child is a little champion in their own right and we are here to help them unleash their full potential. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to the needs and interests of kids aged 3-10 years, offering a wide range of activities that will keep them engaged and entertained.As a HR, you will have the chance to learn and grow in a supportive and dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience in various HR functions. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support our employees and drive our success.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews
Support HR activities, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training and development programs
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field (freshers are encouraged to apply)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
