About the vacancy

The HR Officer will provide and perform day-to-day HR duties for the benefit of the business processes of the HR department and to execute supporting activities in various HR areas within established guidelines, procedures and laws.

What will you do?

Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
Collecting, validating and providing salary mutations to the payroll provider in order to have a timely and correct monthly local payroll
Collecting, processing and managing all local personnel data
Ensuring accurate and concise records during all phases of the employee journey (recruitment, performance management, learning & development, salary reviews etc.) in our HR systems (Cornerstone and eLoomi)
Monitoring and administering absenteeism of the local organization, in line with health and safety legislation
Compiling and maintaining various HR overviews and spreadsheets such as monthly HR Reports, personnel overviews, salary overviews and leave registration overviews
Ensuring a proper HR Governance by making and updating Guidelines and Policies according to local labour laws and in line with the respective global NewCold policies
Supporting the HR department in various local and international HR projects


Who are we looking for?

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or business administration
3 to 7 years of experience in a comparable HR role, such as HR Generalist, etc.
Professional communication skills
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of local / country HR legislation
