HR Operation Fresher

You will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping. Additionally, you will handle HR-related queries and support employee engagement. It will be your duty to monitor and record employee attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate with department heads for any discrepancies related to attendance.

In this role, you will be required to engage employees effectively and possess excellent communication and people skills. A strong knowledge of MS Excel is essential to excel in this position.

This is a full-time, permanent job suitable for freshers with an MBA qualification. Female candidates are preferred for this role. The job location is in Noida Sector 63, and it requires immediate joiners to work from the office.
