Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Shift Timings: 2 pm ist to 12 am ist

Looking for a passionate human resource professional. The candidate should have the ability to deliver on time within the defined SLAs, ensure the correctness of data and analyze a large amount of data, ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities while executing numerous deliverables simultaneously, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of our business and HR processes in the first 3 months of your joining. Handle entire HR Ops for International employees.
• The Executive, HR Operation position is responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle operations
• Responsible for all areas of HR Operations viz., international onboarding, Leave and Timesheet Management, Attendance, Monthly Dashboards, new hire orientations, international Payroll, Billing, PO management, Expense Reimbursement, Performance Appraisal, Separation, attrition, international Employee engagement.
• Coordinate with external Vendors - Business Partners, Background Verification agencies, Vendor Management Organizations, Procurement teams, etc. to complete statutory requirements in line with Client policies
• Coordinate with the internal teams to make sure that tasks are brought to a logical conclusion in a defined timeframe.
• Resolve Billing problems including P.O. extensions, invoice rejections, and P.O. budget issues. Following up with the client/sales teams for P.O. s. This includes entries in appropriate systems and notifying the appropriate people once the issues have been resolved
• Should be able to analyze and verify all the documents received from prospective employees to confirm true identity. Identify and resolve deficiencies if any and get onboarding completed within pre-defined Service Level Agreements

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in similar role Managing HR Operations in IT / ITeS Industry
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, federal and state respective employment laws, Lifecycle HR Operations, Employee Engagement.
• Experience in building new initiatives and processes in HR Operations.
• Experience working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical Thinker and Problem Solver
• Be persuasive and goal-oriented
• Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
