The Role:
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities
• Payroll maintaining employee data
• Preparing reports and other generalist role
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases tracking vacation, sick, and personal time on HROne portal
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
• Being the first point of contact for Employees on any HR related queries
• Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
• Vendor Management and maintaining records of purchases
• Arranging office stationary, cultural events and pantry related activities
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Required Experience: 4-5 Years| Location: Bangalore Office, Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

Must Have:
• Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word
• good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field
