Job Summary:
An HR Operations Executive supports HR operations manager oversees the complete employee cycle, ensures smooth procedures, and supervises the HR departments daily administrative tasks. Such tasks include checking the budget, implementing new HR policies, improving employee relations, overseeing operations, and more.

Responsibilities:
➢ Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data.
➢ Conduct an employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels.
➢ Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it.
➢ Drive the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities.
➢ Responsible to drive the Employee Onboarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities.
➢ Provide analytical and well-documented HR reports to the reporting manager.
➢ Act as a point of contact and build influential employee relationships.
➢ Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
➢ Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and conduct on-boarding documentation
➢ Communicate and liaise with new hires prior to onboarding to provide and gather necessary details.
➢ Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures, and maintain handbook on standard policies & procedures.
➢ Support in IT and security access for the newly joined employees
➢ Managing HR Operations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people related processes.
➢ Support in revoking IT and security access for departing employees.
➢ Conduct surveys about organization and reporting team from the departing employees.
➢ Support in continuous improvement initiatives on onboarding programs and policies in line with HR strategy
➢ Clear insufficiency in the background verification by getting in touch with the candidate (if required).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
➢ Strong domain knowledge of Human Resources operations and processes
➢ Good understanding of BGV process and procedures
➢ Should have hands on experience in implementing HRIS models and systems
➢ Ability to engage with employees and internal/external stakeholders across all levels.
➢ Capability to multi-task and determine priorities.
➢ Excellent Excel skills.

Required Qualifications
➢ Bachelors/ master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field ➢ 2-3 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations or similar role.
➢ Should be well versed with Employment Laws, Labour Laws, and Compensation Management.
➢ Prior Experience in IT industry set up would be an added advantage.
