Key Responsibilities:

Employee Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.

HR Database Management: Update and manage the HR database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.

Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation scheduling.

Compliance Assistance: Ensure HR activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

HR Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports related to employee data, attendance, and other metrics.

Employee Queries: Address basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

Event Coordination: Help organize HR events, training sessions, and other employee engagement activities.

Continuous Learning: Participate in HR training sessions and stay updated on HR best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
