Hi Folks,
We have opening with a Financial firm for the below role
Designation- HR Operations (Onboarding)
Location- Churchgate
Salary - Upto 4lpa to 5lpa
Day Shift with Saturday & Sunday fixed off
Shift Window- +am to 6pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Releasing the offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts
2. Employee Code generation, Email ids creation
3. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
4. Responsible for employee incentive calculation
5. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
6. Responsible for HR Payroll management & Salary disbursement coordination
7. Handling the employee documentation process till on-boarding.
Desired Candidate:
• Experience of HR administration & knowledge of general HR related tasks preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to employee queries
• Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resource Management is required
2. 3-5 years experience in HR Operations
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others
4. Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
