Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Executive with strong expertise in Compliance, ESIC, PF, Payroll processing, and Exit formalities. The ideal candidate should have pro-level Excel skills and a thorough understanding of statutory obligations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:1. Statutory Compliance
• Ensure timely remittance and accurate record-keeping of EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory deductions.
• Maintain documentation and filings as per government regulations.
• Liaise with statutory bodies for audits, inspections, and queries.
2. Payroll Management
• Collect and verify employee data for monthly payroll processing.
• Coordinate with finance or payroll vendors for disbursement.
• Prepare and reconcile salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports.
3. Exit Formalities
• Handle end-to-end exit process including acceptance of resignation, full & final settlement, and documentation.
• Conduct and document Exit Interviews.
• Draft and issue Exit Letters, Relieving Letters, and Experience Certificates.
4. Excel Reporting & MIS
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards for payroll, attrition, statutory compliance, etc.
• Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations with focus on compliance and payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws, ESIC, PF, and statutory regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills – must be comfortable working with formulas, data validation, and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
• Exposure to internal and statutory audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,428.3+ - ₹50,000.00 per month
