Your role and responsibilities

Executing talent management processes and consolidating data for processes like Performance and Development Appraisal (PDA), mid-year review and succession planning
Managing system administration related to the talent management processes and coordinating various internal assessments
Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all talent management stakeholders
Ensuring execution and delivery of talent management services according to defined service level agreement(s)
Responding to employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
Recommending continuous improvements and simplify existing talent management processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR shared services in a global organization will be advantageous Experience in HR shared services, SAP, Payroll will be an added advantage
Experience working on ERP tools would be preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
