Job DescriptionThey have to be SMEs and preferably have done documentation (policies, procedures, employee engagement strategies, remote work policy strategies, manage the hybrid work environment, tools for recruitment, management, retention, and assessment of employees).
b. This is to train resources to support the on-shore HR team eventually. c. Have to be certified by U.S. organizations i.e. SHRM. d. Requirement - 2 e. Demonstrate proficiency in HR standards, rules, and regulations. f. Adapt the same software that Prime is using for annual assessments.
Potential candidates can be incentivized with L1 sponsorship and will work on digital recruitment strategies, drafting policies, procedures, HR project management, etc.
