Key Benefits: · Work from Home · Portal access if required · Fixed/Monthly Payouts* · Very low targets · Working hours flexibility* · Highest Incentive Plan in Industry Job Responsibilities: · Must have working experience with any consultancy or staffing company. · Candidates must have good Hiring experience for BPO Clients. · Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards. · Good in Handling End-End-requirement. · Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements. · Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. · Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition. · Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). · Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database. · Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. · Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
