About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience in Recruitment, preferably with an advertising agency. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is also required. In addition to this, the candidate should have knowledge of using LinkedIn for hiring, basic knowledge of HR policy making, and good negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
