Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern - International BPO Hiring

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an HR Recruiter Intern. As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and hiring process for our international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition within the dynamic BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within our international BPO operations.

Utilize various recruitment channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.

Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.

Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and address talent gaps.

Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop compelling job descriptions and interview questions.

Assist in coordinating recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruitment drives, to attract top talent.

Provide timely and efficient communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Assist with reference checks, background verification, and other pre-employment screening processes.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Recent graduates may also be considered.)

Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in using MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

You have demonstrated the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

A positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, as needed.
