Position -HR Recruiter for a leading HR firm JDs Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview Building relationship with job seekers Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question Informing candidates about the results of their interviews Handle End to End Recruitment Conducting first level screening of the candidates Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression Send details of candidates scheduled for interview to the Client get feedback from the clients Source candidates as per clients requirement Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client Follow up with the clients and the candidates until final placement Counselling and coaching candidates for interview Help in negotiating offer Making Job Description as per the Position, and client requirement Maintain and update candidate database. Involved in complete life cycle of the Recruitment Process from initial sourcing to Joining of the candidate. Doing internal hiring, handling leaves, attendance, induction process. Having experience in hiring candidates on junior, middle and senior Position. Maintaining Database regularly, Mass Mail Filling of Internal Assessment form. Salary & Incentive on Business Closures
