Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to define job requirements.
Handle basic HR documentation and onboarding processes.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
