You will be working as HR Specialist at global and you will be reporting to team lead. In this role you will be part of Compensation and Benefits team, ABB Global Business Services (GBS), HR Delivery team based out of in Bangalore and handling service processes related to Compensation and Benefits for an assigned business unit or geography.

Your responsibilities
• Managing Compensation and Benefits administration and managing production worker sales incentive calculation and assisting in driving annual compensation processes and working on ERP platform SAP-HR.
• Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and ensuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined Service Level Agreements(s).
• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on Compensation and Benefits to internal stakeholders as needed and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessary and recording employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Demonstrating proficiency in MS – Office, organizing and coordination and analytic skills and guiding or mentoring and supporting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure. Leading process improvement projects as and when required.
• Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing Compensation and Benefits processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders.

Your background
• Bachelor’s degree in HR background.
• 2-6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits from a reputed organization.
• Must having experience in SAP HR & good to have HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills.
