Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative HR Specialist whose primary duty in this role is the facilitation of new hires for the company. This includes screening, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. You will also assist with employee relations, performance management, and talent management. You are to represent both the employee and the organisation. To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, and dedicated, and must be familiar with local, state, and federal regulations for HR.
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an HR or in a similar role.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Experience in IT recruitment is preferable.
