Responsibilities:
• Creating comprehensive job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on multiple platforms.
• Assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process, from reviewing CVs to shortlisting candidates.
• Managing HR activities, including meetings, interviews, and scheduling.
• Handling payroll processing with a focus on statutory compliances (PF & ESIC).
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records using HR software.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working as an HR + Payroll Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
• Fluency in English (Preferred) and Hindi.

Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll management.

Salary:

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Work Schedule:

Day shift (10AM to 7PM)
