Position Overview: HR Systems and Data Manager
At CWA, we are seeking an HR Systems and Data Manager to lead the optimisation, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology and data analytics across our alliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring our HR systems are efficient, user-friendly, and strategically aligned with workforce needs, while driving data-informed decision-making throughout the organisation.
You will have the opportunity to work as part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) as part of our efforts to support the development of Sizewell C—a revolutionary 3.2-gigawatt power station dedicated to generating low-carbon electricity for 6 million homes. Sizewell C is not only pivotal to our energy future but promises reliable, clean electricity for at least the next 60 years.

What You'll Be Doing:
HR Systems Management: Lead the implementation and maintenance of HR systems like HRIS, ATS, and LMS. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless system functionality.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop HR dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making across CWA, maintaining data quality and governance.
Strategic & Operational Support: Utilize data insights for strategic planning and organizational development. Drive automation initiatives and act as an expert in HR data governance.

Who We're Looking For:
Educational Background: Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in HR systems and data analytics roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM) and analytical tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
