Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

You will assist in employee onboarding and ensure smooth orientation for new hires. Additionally, you will maintain employee records and handle documentation such as contracts, offers, and other HR paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Employee Onboarding: Assist in employee onboarding and ensure smooth orientation for new hires.
• HR Documentation: Maintain employee records and handle documentation such as contracts, offers, and other HR paperwork.
• Performance Management: Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Grievances: Handle employee grievances and provide HR-related support to all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR Executive role or similar position.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
