Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR processes.
• Help manage and update HR records, trackers, and team databases.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely updates from project members.
• Identify follow-ups or delays in assigned tasks and escalate where needed.
• Participate in project planning, execution tracking, and startup operations.
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of assigned roles.
• Contribute to people engagement, internal communications, and HR reporting.
• Provide support to leadership on operational and team coordination tasks.
