Job description
We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Recruiter with a passion for technology to join our growing team. This role will be primarily responsible for full-cycle recruiting of top-tier talent in the web and native software development space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles, including:
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific needs and technical requirements.
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking events, etc.).
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial phone screenings and technical assessments.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Managing candidate communication throughout the process.
• Extending offers and negotiating compensation packages.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
