Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage and resolve employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
· Provides HR policy communication, guidance, interpretation and helps enforce.
· Propagates & provides interpretation of Patra core values. Helps build & sustain the Patra culture based on the core values.
· Manages and facilitates annual performance management process “PMS” and collaborates with Department Heads regarding performance management best practices and recommendations.
· Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR labour requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
· Partners with the HR Shared Services Team “HRSS” on onboarding and compliance initiatives.
· Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
· Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
· Provides guidance and input on business restructures, workforce planning and succession planning from a people perspective and employee point of view.
· Helps identify training needs for individuals and managers working closely with L&D
· Successfully manage customer service standards and stakeholders’ expectations
· Stays abreast and maintain detailed knowledge of HR trends, technology, and methodologies·
Use analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
· Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and Recruitment.
· Bachelor’s degree required
· SPHR, PHR, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
