Designation - HRBP Manager
Location: Chennai
Working Days: 6 days
Experience Required: 10-15 years

Roles and Responsibility:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with long-term organizational goals.
• Formulate and execute HR initiatives to drive organizational transformation, growth, and performance enhancement.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring talent pipelines support business scalability.
• Develop and manage talent frameworks, focusing on key roles, critical skills, and leadership readiness.
• Implement succession planning to secure future leadership across the organization.
• Guide change management processes to align HR efforts with business evolution and capability building.
• Oversee cultural transformation initiatives, fostering agility, innovation, and sustainable success.
• Design and enforce performance management systems to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and enable data-driven decisions that optimize productivity.
• Ensure HR policies are aligned with broader strategic goals while adhering to regulatory compliance.
• Uphold ethical standards and safeguard employee well-being through effective HR governance.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent business acumen with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in change management and driving cultural transformation.
