Educational Qualification:

Graduation (B.Tech/B.E will have an additional advantage)

MBA in HR Specialization

Work Experience:

1-3 years in relevant field

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR IT/HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance and administration of HRIS software (Zing HR), ensuring seamless integration between HR functions and IT systems. This role will also provide technical support to HR staff and help drive HR technology initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management:

Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data

Lead the HRIS software updates, patch management, and system enhancements

Provide system training to HR staff and other stakeholders on how to use HRIS tools effectively

Ensure data security and compliance with privacy laws in relation to HR data

System Integration and Optimization:

Work with HR and IT teams to integrate HRIS with other systems, such as payroll, performance management, and benefits administration tools

Continuously evaluate HRIS functionality and propose improvements to enhance system performance

Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure the HRIS system meets the current and future needs of the organization

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance) and analyze HR data for key insights

Support HR leadership with data-driven decision-making by providing customized reports and dashboards

Identify trends and provide recommendations for HR process improvements based on data analysis

Project Management:

Lead or assist in the implementation of HRIS-related projects, including new software deployments or system upgrades

Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for HRIS initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on schedule

User Support, Grievance Handling and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support for HRIS users, resolving issues and answering questions related to system functionality

Handle grievance of employees and give real time solutions

Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with HR Software vendors for issue resolution and escalate critical problems when necessary

Compliance and Data Security:

Ensure HRIS data complies with legal and regulatory standards

Must handle all data with utmost security and must have control on it so that misuse of database does not happen

Work with the internal auditing team to support audits and internal controls related to HRIS data

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on trends in HR technology, HRIS solutions, and IT best practices

Propose innovative solutions for improving HR processes and increasing operational efficiency

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms

Proficiency in HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools

Experience with HR software implementation and integrations

Familiarity with data privacy laws and HR compliance requirements

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent problem-solving, grievance handling and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across HR and IT teams

Compensation Range: Up to 7 LPA depending on experience

Location: Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Working Hours: + hours Biometric (1 hour break)
