The Specialist, Global HRIS T2 job participates in vendor selection, configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for the organization's human resources information systems (HRIS). Working independently under general supervision, this job ensures the accuracy of human resources information entered into the system and tests new features of the system during implementation to verify accuracy of human resources procedures. This position serves as a technical point of contact for HR data maintenance, configuration, system security, user training, testing of system upgrades, patches, and other technical tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Contributes to the development of HRIS specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.
• Meets or exceeds service level agreements when making system updates, mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshooting interfaces.
• Works with vendors and/or programmers to communicate the organization's required HRIS functionalities to inform design system specifications.
• Responds to routine system enhancement change requests while providing consultative guidance on best business practices.
• Maintains HR system data, HRIS configuration, system security, and proper functioning of system interfaces.
• Identifies opportunities to improve data quality, business intelligence tools, and existing reporting mechanisms.
• Participates in testing and rolling out changes to the human resources information systems.
• Drafts human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.
• Participates in HR initiatives, and serves as an HRIS subject matter expert in company-wide system integration projects when needed.
• Assists key stakeholders with data analysis, data validations, and data extracts.
• Applies compliance and audit requirements within scope of responsibility, provide documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance and audit activities as required.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level
6IC

Candidate with experience in India BGV, Onboarding processes and workday is a plus.
