Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Work From Home Recruiters. This role is perfect for anyone who has completed their 12th grade or higher and is looking for a flexible working arrangement. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talented candidates for various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Review and screen resumes provided by the company.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass or higher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for work-related tasks.
- Prior experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
