Role Description

As an HTML Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining the front-end of our websites and web applications. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and web design will be essential in ensuring our digital projects meet the highest standards of performance, responsiveness, and aesthetics.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HTML Developer. The HTML Developer will be responsible for front-end development, responsive web design, web design, and basic programming. They will also be responsible for communication and collaboration with team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Front-end Development: Develop and maintain high-quality, pixel-perfect web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure compatibility across various web browsers and devices to provide a consistent user experience.
• Responsive Design: Create responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and devices for optimal mobile and desktop experiences.
• Bootstrap: Utilize Bootstrap to streamline the development process and create consistent, responsive design elements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams, and back-end developers to implement design and functionality requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve front-end performance issues to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
• Accessibility: Ensure websites and applications adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) for an inclusive user experience.
• Web Design: Contribute to the visual design and layout of web pages, applying principles of web design to enhance user engagement.
• Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage the codebase and collaborate effectively with the development team.

Qualifications
• Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills
• Web Design and Programming skills
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Proficiency in Bootstrap for creating responsive web designs.
• Experience with responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Adept at troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Awareness of web performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good web design skills and ability to work under pressure on strict timelines.
• Ability to create and modify graphics.

Bonus Skills:
• Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Advanced web design skills.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and task runners like Gulp.
• Familiarity with Bulma or Tailwind.
