About the Role

This full-time on-site position is for a Human Resource cum Office Coordinator, located in Laxmi Nagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

The role will also involve coordinating office activities, ensuring smooth operations, implementing HR policies, and handling employee inquiries and grievances. Key qualifications include:
• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Benefits Administration and Employee Relations experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
